Toluene diisocyanates: pollution prevention notice

This notice applies to any person who in 2018 or any time thereafter owns or operates a facility that releases into the ambient air 100 kg or more of toluene diisocyanates (TDIs) per calendar year.

Refer to section 2 of the notice for the complete definition.
